WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR PACKAGE


Shipping Confirmation Emails

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will notify you that all or part of your order is on its way. The email will also contain tracking information for your shipment. Keep in mind that if your order includes multiple items, these items may be shipped separately and at different times, particularly if they are coming from different fulfillment centers or marketplace partners. As a result, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails, each with tracking details for the individual items.


Please allow 12 to 24 business hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the carrier’s tracking information to be visible and show movement. If your order contains multiple items, each item’s tracking number and shipping updates will be provided separately. The standard shipping time is 7-14 days, depending on the carrier.


Shipping Multiple Items

If your order consists of several items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery. Different items might come from different warehouses or suppliers, and to expedite your order, we sometimes send them at different times. Rest assured, each shipping confirmation email you receive will include details on the specific items being shipped, along with their carrier and tracking number.


Track My Package

We are committed to keeping you informed about your order’s status, so we will send updates via email as your order progresses. Once you’ve received a shipping confirmation email, please allow 12 to 24 business hours for the carrier’s tracking information to become visible.


If you have a visni88 account, you can easily check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account. Here’s how:


Log into your "My Account" page.

Click on your order number under the “Order History” section.

You’ll be able to view the status and tracking information for your order. If the order number isn’t visible, click on “View All Orders” to see a full list.

If you do not have a visni88 account, you can still track your order. Simply email us at Sale@visni88.com with your order number, and our team will provide you with the latest tracking details.


SHIPPING RATE & DELIVERY TIME

Our standard processing time for most items is 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise indicated in the item details. Please note that a business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that include items from visni88 marketplace partners may not be eligible for express or expedited shipping, but eligible options will be presented to you during checkout.


We also want to clarify that outbound shipping charges are not refunded if you decide to return an item. So, please keep that in mind when making a return.


Carrier tracking information can sometimes take 12 to 24 business hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent. We appreciate your patience during this period.


Shipping to PO Boxes and Hotels

For security reasons, we generally do not ship to PO Boxes or hotels, except in the case of military (APO or FPO) or university addresses. If you have an APO/FPO address or if your order is being sent to a university address, please feel free to use those shipping options during checkout.


International Shipping

For your convenience, international shipping fees include all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, so you won’t be charged any additional shipping fees upon delivery. The shipping costs are determined based on your order contents and the destination address. To find out the exact shipping charges, these will only be calculated once you begin the checkout process.
